You’ll be greeted with a smile from our front desk team before you receive the necessary paperwork. Once you have filled it out, you’ll wait until we call you back to the treatment area. There, we’ll examine your teeth, take X-rays, and ask about any dental concerns you might have. A standard cleaning will be performed, and we’ll give you a personalized treatment plan depending on what was found. Future procedures will be scheduled as needed.
Do you want to take about 15 minutes off the time you spend in our waiting room? If you print out our online forms, you can fill them out at your own convenience at home and bring them with you to your appointment. This helps us process your information faster so that we can get started.
Are you worried about making your dental healthcare affordable? Our team at Fantastic Smiles understands your concerns and is ready to work with you to keep your out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. While we don’t participate with HMOs, we are happy to accept most insurance plans. To make the process as easy for you as possible, we’ll handle all of the paperwork and file the claims.
